To whom it may concern:
My husband and I decided to separate after 12 years and two kids, leaving me feeling very vulnerable. I found myself in a position of now needing to find the perfect house for the kids and me.
Having many horrible experiences, dealing with other realtors that basically left me with the feeling they didn’t give a damn, I met Brian Rooney through an ad he had run in the Real Estate Weekly.
Immediately after meeting Brian I realized he was different and someone I felt comfortable with. To my surprise unlike the other realtors, when I showed up to his listing Brian had 4 townhomes for me to view, i addition to the one I had called on. Due to his pro-activeness, one of the homes I viewed that night ended up being the perfect one, which significantly lessened my stress level. I knew the kids and I were going to be safe now and everything was going to be okay.
Brian had two tasks to complete. The first was to sell our joint family home and the second was to find each of us a new home. After my husband met Brian's team, he too was impressed with their abilities and professionalism and hired them as well, to help him find his new home.
When the offer came in on our home, Brian and Marleane were the perfect team accentuating each other’s strengths in negotiating an excellent price and terms on our home. While the other realtor representing the Buyers were adamant his Buyers were going to pay less, Brian and Marleane were adamant they were going to pay our price. We got our price in the end.
This potentially devastating situation was handled so efficiently and professionally by Marleane and Brian, it actually strengthened my relationship with my soon to be ex-husband.
Brian & Marleane remain our good friends today.
We have both recommended them to our family and friends who have also had extremely satisfying results.
